First of all I would like you to take a deep breath, hold it, and now release and with it release all your inhibitions and any negative brain waves. Open that mind for a clear path, a path to allow new ideas and concepts to enter freely on demand for evaluation. So, are you ready yet? Fantastic….
Today’s article is about duplication. Why is that so important? Because in our business it is not how many people we sponsor but whether or not we duplicate what we did to get them there!! Without the duplication we are just a sponsoring machine, over and over again, kind of like a JOB! And we all know we are in this industry to fire our bosses ?
Now, does this sound familiar? We sponsor one or two and we get excited and we jump up and down and shout, YEAH BUDDY THIS IS GONNA ROCK! And those you sponsor turn into exactly that, A ROCK!! Has that ever happened to you? My guess you are just like me and said yes to that…
Your new ticket to financial freedom has just become,
• Lifeless
• Listless
• Immovable
• Duds and Dudettes
• And they just sit there
The truth is most of the time the results we get are due to the lack of duplication we show our new team members. All team building is, is this, It’s a series of steps done over and over. It is something that is simple to the point and easy to train. The challenge is that way too often we are duplicating the wrong things. Remember a team will look to you for leadership and they will duplicate what you do right only about 65% of the time. It has also been my experience that they will also duplicate what you do WRONG 200% of the time. So it is important to get the process down correctly.
Let me ask you;
Are you PROSPECTING?
Are you CONTACTING?
Are you getting your prospects to either a presentation on the website, or a live call or a meeting? How about the old ONE ON ONE presentation?
In todays fast pace society, more and more people are excited about webinars and online presentations in the convenience and comfort of their own home. This is great news for many successful companies have realized this and are doing more and more of this type of exposure. So the blue print here is simple:
• PROSPECTING
• CONTACTING
• EXPOSURE
• AND FOLLOW UP
Let’s talk about the last one at this point. Find someone in your line of sponsorship that has a successful track record. This can be done by contacting the program you are with and asking for upline/downline leaders. They will know the “shakers and makers” doing the program. Have them instruct you in the process of three way calling to answer your prospects questions. Remember your first question to yourself was “can I do this”? Your prospect is no different, be the messenger not the message. In other words let a system do the work. Did you catch that? I just gave you the golden nugget here. DUPLICATION IS A SYSTEM. Systems work 24-7, 365 days a year, don’t have bad hair days or call in sick. If a system works for one person, just one person, it will work for all if you follow it step by step. Get your new member around the campfire, the trainings and webinars. A “growth” environment for your new recruit is important. Remember if they don’t know you are there on the calls, webinars and trainings, guess what? Neither are they. DUPLICATION, DUPLICATION, DUPLICATION! It is the key to success. Keep it simple and remember not all roads lead to Rome, some will not duplicate well. You have to love them where they are, keep dripping on them and concentrate on the ones that want success and want it now. Start to build relationships with your affiliates. The old adage is true folks, people don’t care what you know until they know how much you care.
How important is DUPLICATION? Put simply without it we are totally reliant on our own efforts in building a business. This makes it extremely difficult and frustrating.
With DUPLICATION your business will achieve its full growth potential and you will start to receive those magic words…RESIDUAL INCOME.
Find a mentor and learn the system and you will find success. In doing so you will “win” every time no matter what! In my mind winning is not a tangible object, it’s a state of mind. Learn how to duplicate and you will win!

Hello Ned – Awesome content and You are right on the money – as usual my friend
Too many people are all to ready to pass on blame for failure, when what to my mind they should be doing is examining their own duplication systems to ensure success for their “success partners” !
You wouldn’t even try to set up an offline brick and mortar type business without putting some staff training and systems in place, so why do people try to do it online? It is beyond me but I would be very interested in hearing from other people on this topic.
